Southern Style Kennel guarantees all puppies are of good health and fit for sale when they leave us. All pups have been vaccinated appropriately for their age. All pups are wormed on a regular schedule. All efforts have been made to ensure your puppy is healthy. We give 72 hours after puppies arrival at his new home to be taken to your Vet. With in 24 hours we must be notified by e-mail the results of this examination. If a life threatening condition is found we will replace your puppy with a puppy of equal quality as soon as a puppy becomes available. Failure to have puppy inspected by a Veterinarian with in 72 hours and failure to notify us of the results of exam with in 24 hours voids any further guarantee. Guarantee is not transferable to another party. Provided the puppy is inspected with in 72 hours and we are notified of vet results we will guarantee said puppy against life threatening hereditary conditions until your puppy turns 1 year old. Should a problem covered by this guarantee be found a replacement puppy will be provided if original puppy is returned to seller, along with all registration paperwork. We reserve the right to let you keep original puppy which will be determined by us on a individual basis. All transportation costs of the original puppy back to seller, and the replacement puppy to buyer, are the responsibility of the buyer. In order to apply this guarantee, should a puppy be defective, buyer must send the results of two Veterinarian examinations. Veterinarians must be from two separate clinics. If my Vet concurs a replacement pup will then be provided as soon as a puppy becomes available.. Should puppy die before first birthday, an autopsy MUST be performed at buyers expense, and a copy of findings must be sent to seller. Death must be determined to be hereditary of nature and non preventable. Seller is not responsible for any acquired Veterinarian bills once puppy leaves their premises. We do not pay Vet bills. We do not give money back. We do work with you to find a replacement puppy that will work for you.
Please ask if your puppy is covered under this guarantee as some greatly reduced puppies may only be covered for 72 hous.
This guarantee does not cover non life threatening, non hereditary conditions. I do not cover coccidia, giardia, worms, cherry eye, allergies and skin conditions. I do not guarantee reproductive ability, ability to be shown, nor do I guarantee against any behavior issues. .
Puppies are guaranteed against severe life threatening or crippling dysplasia until first birthday. Please do not let your puppy climb stairs or jump from furniture. Supervise young children. Avoid exposing puppy to areas where other dogs have been until he has completed his vaccinations. Carry your puppy into the vet office. Feed a high quality diet and avoid making your puppy overweight. Always keep in mind your puppy should not be exposed to severe weather conditions. Too hot or too cold can be life threatening. We at Southern Style congradulate you on your new puppy and believe you can expect many many happy years together. We are available to you now and for the years to come. We love getting puppy updates. A Southern Style puppy must NEVER EVER be given to a shelter, pound or research facility, or turned over to someone that may take it to such a place. I will take back a Southern Style puppy at any time if you are no longer able to care for it and will care for it until a suitable home can be found. Please call me first.
In the rare case that we can not work out a suitable agreement and legal action be required it is hereby stated that it will be brought before the State of Tennessee in the County of Sumner. My signature below attests that I understand and am in agreement to all terms of this contract.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
ALL deposits are NON refundable except in the case where a puppy is determined to be unfit for sale.. A deposit means a comittment to purchase the puppy. If you decide you do not want to purchase the puppy all monies are to be kept by the seller. Buyer is to make timely arrangements to pay remainder of balance. Selller allows 2 weeks for all monies to clear and full purchase price to be paid by buyer. If buyer does not finish paying for puppy, with in 30 days . all rights to the puppy by buyer are relinquished and all monies paid to seller can be retained by seller as considered a deposit and a breach of contract. Timely possession of puppy is a must. If puppy is still in sellers possession after 14 days a boarding fee will be charged of $ 8.00/ a day. At 30 days the seller reclaims ownership of pup, and buyer looses all rights to puppy and all monies paid.
